Product Information

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's colour calibration accurately reflects the true colour of our products. Minor variations in shade, texture, or dimension are inherent to handcrafted and artisanal goods and do not constitute a defect.

• Kate & Co. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a pricing error.
• Product availability is not guaranteed. We will notify you promptly if an item becomes unavailable after purchase.

Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy is governed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund where a product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it is supposed to do.

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are at the customer's expense.

Limitation of Liability
