Shipping policy

At Kate & Co., we take great care in packing and dispatching every order. Our home décor and tableware pieces are thoughtfully wrapped to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully. Please read the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods such as holidays and sale events, processing times may extend slightly — we appreciate your patience.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Kate & Co. is not liable for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and destination.
  • Express shipping is available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
  • For bulky or oversized items, a surcharge may apply and will be displayed before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Kate & Co. is unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. We deliver to residential and business addresses, as well as PO Boxes via Australia Post for qualifying items.

We are unable to deliver to some remote islands and offshore territories. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please contact us before placing your order.

Undeliverable & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days, your order may be refunded less any shipping costs incurred.

Damaged or Missing Items

We package all items with the utmost care, however if your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us at hello@kateandco.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work swiftly to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
